The Methods and Business Support team establishes strategies for the development and implementation of policies and plans for key health, safety and security functions. The team is also responsible for functions relating to audits, HSE systems, performance verification and reporting along with establishing HSE key performance indicators.
In addition, Methods and Business Support oversees contractors’ HSE&S management systems for the life cycle of contracts as well as monitoring and reviewing HSE&S contractor performance. In addition, the team also, ensures all business units comply with Arabian Crude Company, LLC HSE MS, IMS, policies and procedures, and local and regional (Qatar and UAE) HSE&S legislation, rules and regulations and manages & monitors HSE training for all employees.
Health and Safety campaigns that raise safety awareness levels among employees are also conducted while audits and occupational health and safety inspection programs are also carried out.
Incident investigations and reporting are managed across all Arabian Crude Company, LLC locations. Trend data is analyzed and improvement actions are then implemented, helping improve the safety culture across the company.
